League welcomed Brother Miguel from Faith Fellowship church

TBC thanked Mayer for his help in coaching T.B.C

This year we will be doing pot luck for the Award Ceremony, each church commit to bringing at least 2 dishes.

• We need a person to organize pot luck dinners, with coaches
• A brother from Reno will organize; coaches need to give number of people coming by end of season, but planning for 50

Games are going to be changed to 1 hour and 30 minutes not 1 hour and 15. Up for vote, Voted to keep initial time to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Update from meeting: Pastor Paul spoke to kenny and 30 minutes extra was permitted time is now for 6:00 to 10:00pm but need to wrap up by 9:50 p.m.

* Suggested:
Jim suggested from (FBCM) and coaches voted in agreement, that for any delay umpire would announce at beginning of game that game would only be 5 innings, is no longer needed with extra time allotted to field use.

* Coaches concerns regarding this season

• Change back next year to (Optical) SB-12 Balls
• Get kick away bases, no longer use bags

A few Suggestions given for next year to think about

• Start batters at 0 & 1 count
• Two fouls after 2 strikes
• One less inning, 6 instead of 7
